Offices are going to look very different as workers return post-pandemic. Open floor plans, shared snack and even places for hanging out, which were once markers of a busy office environment will see a radical shift in the way they are designed.

Spurred by COVID and the advances in remote working technology workers will prefer to work from home reducing the current office infrastructure to a space which would only be used for collaborative work. A lot of industries have declared that their employees would be working from home for the whole of next year.

In light of this, the smart booths provide a formal working environment for those looking to escape their mundane routines. It can also be used by the older generation, who otherwise remain locked at home, as a safe space to carry their daily activities like reading a newspaper or watching a movie. The Pods would also provide a safe isolated work environment for people who suffer from mild symptoms of common flu and require a safe working space. Innovative design methods will ensure the utmost hygiene and social distancing.
