Project: Augmented Street

The project looks at augmenting a neighbourhood street in Hindustan Park. Playful street furniture integrated with green inserts, hardscapes striated with bands of colour and ramps make the footpaths more accessible. This changes the image of the street from a negative space to a space where pedestrians find the footpaths inviting and safe, choosing to use them for their daily transit over the roads.
